Tulsa, Okla.-based Americomm Resources (AREC-Q) is attempting to find a new partner for the ongoing exploration of the Jessup gold-silver property in Churchill Cty., in west-central Nevada.
The company says it may sell Jessup outright if a suitable offer is made.
The project was previously optioned by Echo Bay Mines (ECO-T), which returned it to Americomm after completing geochemical surveys and a 123-hole reverse-circulation drilling program totalling 40,442 ft.
Americomm says an independent review of Echo Bay’s work confirmed that the Jessup property has “potentially minable mineralization” requiring further exploration. The junior says Echo Bay was “encouraged” by the results, but bowed out of the joint venture in order to focus on exploration at its operating properties.
