NAME CHANGE (November 23, 1998)

Thunderwood Resources (THS-T) and Joutel Resources (JTL-T) have to merged to create Thundermin Resources. Shareholders of Thunderwood will receive one share and one share purchase warrant of Thundermin, and shareholders of Joutel will receive one share of Thundermin for every six shares of Thunderwood or Joutel held.
