Junior Murgor Resources (VSE) has reported results from two additional holes drilled on the Barry Twp. gold property in northwestern Quebec.
Hole 95-2, collared 82 ft. south of hole 95-1, intersected three narrow zones of gold mineralization. The first zone, from 52.2 to 59.7 ft., assayed 0.14 oz. per ton; the second, from 93.7 to 98.2 ft., assayed 0.09 oz.; while the third interval, from 109.7 to 121 ft., assayed 0.11 oz.
Hole 95-3, collared 75.5 ft. west and 82 ft. south of hole 95-1, cut 21 ft. which averaged 0.131 oz. Holes 94-4 to 94-6 have been drilled, and results are pending.
Murgor will carry out a re-oriented induced-polarization survey to test an area for a potential crosstrend shearing, as well as for the possible eastern extension of the zone.
Murgor will drill 10 holes on the known mineralized area, which extends from 165 ft. west of hole 95-1 to 575 ft. east of it. The junior will also conduct a second-phase, 10-hole program to test the zone at depth and along its possible easterly extension.
