To accelerate development of the Corner Bay copper deposit, MSV Resources (ME) has offered to merge with Cache Explorations (ME) by exchanging one share of MSV for four of Cache.
MSV says the merger would permit it to benefit from increased cash flow generated by the Corner Bay property and from significant tax losses it would assume from Cache.
