More targets in Temagami

Tres-Or Resources (TRS-V) and Adroit Resources (ADT-V) have received encouraging results from airborne surveys of their diamond properties in Ontario’s Temagami region.

The partners, which have joint-venture agreements covering the Temagami North, Cobalt South and Temagami East projects, have flown almost 2,600 line-km of helicopter-borne, high-resolution, magnetic and electromagnetic (EM) surveys at 50-metre line spacings.

The main targets include two anomalies on the Temagami North project, where 300 line-km were flown, and three on the Temagami East option, which was covered by 1,450 line-km. Exploration of the Cobalt South property, where 873 line-km were flown, is ongoing.

Earlier this year, Tres-Or intersected two kimberlites on its wholly owned Quebec claims, northeast of Lake Timiskaming, near the town of Notre Dame du Nord, Que. One angled hole intersected 62.5 metres of kimberlite, whereas another, drilled 7.5 km to the southwest, intersected a series of thin kimberlite dykes. A 1,475 line-km magnetic and EM survey was flown over this property in December 2003.
