Juniors Greenshield Resources (GSR-M) and Moss Resources (MRS-T) plan to acquire a combined 50% interest in 58 claim units in Currie and Egan twps. of Ontario.
The companies say the Curregan property is near the Cross Lake polymetallic discovery in the Timmins camp. The juniors are required to spend $100,000 on exploration in the first year, followed by $1 million over the next four years. A multi-phase exploration program is planned, to consist of geophysics, geological mapping and drilling of anomalies.
The vendors will retain a 3% net smelter royalty interest. The juniors have the right to buy back up to 2% for $2 million.
