Partners Atna Resources (VSE) and Laramide Resources (TSE) each hold half of an option to acquire the project.
A first-phase program of seven holes totaling 2,926 ft. was recently completed.
The best result was 10 ft. averaging 7% zinc, 0.2% copper and 0.03 oz. gold per ton.
