Moneta Porcupine Mines has purchased 92 claims near Timmins, Ont., from Labrador Mining and Exploration. A majority of the claims (49) are in Tisdale Twp. Others are scattered across Shaw, Mountjoy, Denton, Thornloe, Loveland, Fripp and Godfrey twps., Ont.
The acquisition gives Moneta a package of 121 claims north of Timmins, along the Burrows-Benedict fault. Moneta trades on the Toronto and Montreal stock exchanges.
