Minnova ups stake

Minnova (TSE) has acquired another one million shares of Laramide Resources (VSE) which increases Minnova’s stake in the company to 37.2%. The shares were issued to Minnova after the company spent $1 million on exploration on Laramide’s Lara property on Vancouver Island, B.C. Minnova holds an option to earn another one million shares by incurring exploration expenditures of $1.5 million.
