The Rainbow property in the Greenwood mining camp of southern British Columbia will be the subject of a 60% earn-in by Minnova (TSE).
The company is earning the interest from Kettle River Resources (VSE) and Dentonia Resources (VSE), which will each hold a 20% interest after earn-in. Minnova can earn the interest by spending $1 million on exploration by Dec. 31, 1994.
The Rainbow Project covers 40 square miles of the Canadian extension of the Curlew-Chesaw-Republic Washington gold camp.
