Minnova options northern properties

Minnova (TSE) can earn a 60% interest in two base metal properties of Continental Pacific Resources (VSE), near Coronation Gulf, N.W.T.

The properties, in the Anialik-High Lake greenstone belts, surround the High Lake massive sulphide deposit of Aber Resources (TSE) and Kennecott Canada.

To earn its interest, Minnova must spend $5 million on exploration and development and pay Continental $400,000 over three years.

Continental will also fund exploration on other properties it holds in the area.
