Vancouver-based La Teko Resources (LAO-T) has been listed for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Already a member of the Vancouver Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq board, the company is exploring for gold in the Tintina gold belt of Alaska and the Yukon.
La Teko’s True North property, which is under option to Newmont Gold, hosts 18.2 million oz. gold grading 0.072 oz. per ton. The Ryan deposit, near Fairbanks, Alaska, contains a resource of 14.5 million tonnes grading 0.056 oz.
The company has 25.7 million shares outstanding.
* Greenpoint Resources (GPT-V) has been called for trading on the Vancouver Stock Exchange. The junior, which completed its initial public offering of 1.5 million shares priced at 40 cents each, has 4.7 million shares outstanding, or 5.3 million fully diluted.
Greenpoint is exploring past-producing mines in Mexico’s Sonora state, with drilling planned for the Juarez and San Francisco gold claims on the Tajitos property. Also, preliminary exploration is set to begin at two polymetallic properties: El Tigre I and El Tigre II.
