Recent insider trading, as reported by the Ontario Securities Commission in its OSC Bulletin, includes the following transactions:

* .TAmerica Mineral Fields (AMZ-T) — Mark Collins, director, was granted 150,000 options at $3 to hold 250,000.

* DiamondWorks (DMW-T) — Robertson Stephens Investments, holder of more than 10% of DiamondWorks, bought 576,700 shares indirectly at US69-88 cents to hold 1.73 million shares.

* Etruscan Resources (EET-T) — Robertson Stephens Investments, holder of more than 10%, sold 22,000 shares indirectly at US$2.45-2.60 to hold 5.84 million.

* Farallon Resources (FAN-T) — Robert Dickinson, director, allowed 61,600 options to expire and now holds 98,800.

* Golden Rule Resources (GNU-T) — Glen Harper, director, bought 50,400 shares indirectly at 95 cents-$1.05, bought 70,400 shares indirectly and privately at 58 cents, sold 161,000 shares indirectly at 58 cents-$1.23, and sold 70,400 shares indirectly and privately at 58 cents to hold 140,900 shares indirectly.

* Orvana Minerals (ORV-T) — Leigh Freeman, officer, was granted 45,000 options at $1.75 to hold 403,200; Douglas Hillhouse, officer, was granted 45,000 options at $1.75 to hold 425,600; Michael Hillhouse, deemed an insider under the Bank Act, was granted 25,000 options at $1.75 to hold 123,000; John Mitchell, officer, was granted 50,000 options at $1.75 to hold 220,000; David Robertson, director, was granted 2,500 options at $1.75 to hold 156,000; Allen Rovig, director, was granted 35,000 options at $1.75 to hold 35,000; Robert Watts, director, was granted 25,000 options at $1.75 to hold 313,500.

* Platexco (PTX-T) — Robert Kaplan, director, exercised 5,400 options at $2.80 and sold those shares indirectly at $5.36 to hold 94,600 options and 40,000 shares indirectly.

* St Andrew Goldfields (SAS-T) — Herbert Abramson, director, bought 24,500 shares indirectly at $2-2.10 to hold 2.97 million shares indirectly and 669,366 shares directly; Julian Kemp, officer, was granted 30,000 options at $2 to hold 30,000.
