A full-day course titled Mining Law, is being offered by the Continui ng Legal Education Society of British Columbia. Scheduled for Oct 24, the course will take place in Vancouver’s Four Seasons Hotel.
Comprehensive in nature, the course will be of interest to not only lawyers serving mining clients, but to prospectors, geologists and promoters involved with the resource sector.
Topics to be examined include mineral title options, environmental concerns, flow-through shares and limited partnerships, joint venture deals, option agreements and Vancouver Stock Exchange regulations.
