MINING IN MEXICO — PROJECT ROUNDUP — War Eagle drilling at

Vancouver-based War Eagle Mining (VSE) has the right to acquire a 99% interest in the La Blanca property in Chihuahua, Mexico, by making staged payments totalling US$770,000. The property is subject to a 0.8% net smelter royalty capped at $1.8 million.

The company has completed over 18,000 ft. of drilling in 50 holes, outlining a preliminary resource of about six million tons grading 4.7 oz. silver and 0.013 oz. gold per ton in the River zone.

War Eagle is currently negotiating with a potential joint venture partner to fund additional drilling at La Blanca. The drilling would concentrate on testing the zone below 300 ft. in depth as well as testing for additional mineralization to the south.

Drilling is also planned for the Mariela property in Sonora, Mexico. War Eagle can acquire a 100% interest in the property.
