MINING IN MEXICO — PROJECT ROUNDUP — Minorca negotiates

An agreement to acquire 100% title to the Oro Verde copper-gold-silver property in Sonora, Mexico, was negotiated recently by Minorca Resources (VSE).

The deal calls for Minorca to remit 175,000 shares to the vendor, who will retain a 3% net smelter royalty, and make cash payments based on 10% of exploration expenses until production.

Minorca says the property was known previously as the Azteca mine, and mined about 30 years ago for its copper.

The company says the property has yet to be drilled.
