MINING IN MEXICO — PROJECT ROUNDUP — Menora raises

Funds from a private placement of units completed by Menora Resources (ME) are being used in part for exploration and development work at the Estrella del Norte gold property in Zacatecas, Mexico, the company reports.

The placement netted $450,000 but could be worth up to $900,000 if the warrants are exercised. Menora is earning a 50% interest in the property, for which an open pit, heap leach operation is envisaged.
