Three former employees of Lac Minerals — Christopher Pegg, Anthony Harwood and William Cavalluzzo — have formed a private company to explore for minerals in Africa.
The new entity, known as Sub Saharan Resources, is forming a joint venture with a South African junior company to explore ground in Ivory Coast. The junior is also marketing properties in Ghana, Tanzania and Burkina Faso, and intends to draw on the past experience of its directors in Africa to identify new opportunities.
