Millstream intersects more sulphides (June 18, 2007)

A new drill hole on the Potter massive sulphide deposit near Matheson, Ont., has intersected more sulphide mineralization.

Owner Millstream Mines (MLM-V) reports that hole S07-06 intersected 6.7 metres of massive sulphide material containing 2.16% copper, 1.48% zinc, 0.04% cobalt and 16.8 grams silver per tonne. This included a 4-metre length that graded 3.42% copper, 2.46% zinc, 0.07% cobalt and 24.7 grams silver.

So far the intersection is an isolated hit, and has not been lined up with any previously known intersections. It had been drilled to intersect a previously untested area below the old Potter mine workings and above a massive sulphide zone intersected in drilling late last year.
