Mid-North, Cypress expand ground

Partners Cypress Development (CVP-V) and Mid-North Resources (MNU-V) have staked an additional 25 claims to cover prospective ground adjacent to their existing Gunman property in Whitepine Cty., Nev.

Recently, the joint venture completed its first week of diamond drilling at Gunman. The program is said to have returned ore-grade intercepts of zinc, copper and silver. Each company owns half of the property.

Mid-North Resources is based in Calgary, Alta., and has properties in Nevada, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. Vancouver-based Cypress has properties in Nevada, Ontario and Quebec.
