Gordian Computer Solutions will be offering a series of microcompute r courses for geologists this fall. Developed by geologists, the courses will introduce the students to an introductory microcomputer database, an advanced database and use of a spreadsheet.

Class room examples will use geological data and instruction will be geologically oriented, Gordian says. For more information about the program, which will be offered in five Canadian cities this year, contact Gary Archibald at (416) 449-9257.
