A drill program is under way at several gold prospects in the Beardmore area of northwestern Ontario, Metalore Resources (TSE) reports.
One hole on the Watson Lake prospect and four holes at the eastern extremity of the Brookbank property yielded no mineralization of economic significance.
Two deep holes on the Fox Ear grid have been stopped short of their objective and await the arrival of a larger machine. In the meantime, two additional grids will be drilled before Christmas.
