A financing advisory agreement has been signed with IBK Capital Corp. of Toronto, Menora Resources (ME) reports.
The junior says IBK will, among other things, arrange financing of not less than $5.25 million. Part of the funds will be used for ongoing work at the Estrella de Norte project in Mexico and for two projects (Wenamu and Tassiwini) in Guyana.
