Menora Resources’ (ME) holdings in Cape Town-based Ocean Diamond Mining Holdings will increase by about 20% through a cash transaction.
The transaction, at the agreement-in-principle stage, must be approved by regulators. Menora has a 7.7% interest in Ocean Diamond, which extracts diamonds from the ocean floor off the southwest coast of southern Africa. The company is operating with one seagoing vessel.
