The Black Cliff property adjoins the producing Kiena gold mine to the east. The Cadillac break, a major structural feature in the area, is located south of the property. Malartic can earn its interest by spending $800,000 on explo ration prior to Dec 1, 1991. Exploration, which will include drilling, is starting immediately.
