Lyndex to buy Spanish concentrator

CDN-listed Lyndex Exploration will buy a mill and related equipment for its Salave gold project in northern Spain.

The Rubiales mill, also situated in northern Spain, has a capacity of 3,000 tons per day.

Meanwhile, Lyndex is continuing to explore and develop its Salave project. The property hosts a sizable zone of gold mineralization, which includes a 10-million-ton deposit averaging 0.1 oz. gold per ton. Indications are the deposit may be minable by open-pit methods.

Also, drilling suggests the property hosts a deeper zone of mineralization, potentially minable by underground methods.

Lyndex is preparing to launch a 25,000-ft. drill program, as well as bulk-sampling, in the open-pit zone.
