When governments have a need for more revenue, it seems the political thing to do is to tax our successful individuals and enterprises a little bit more.
We have already passed the point where this type of action discourages investment and initiative by our citizens.
I caution politicians that dismantling the economic engine of our nation and distributing the parts among the passengers are not the ways to make our nation more prosperous.
