Industry people also give Wally credit for organizing and managing the Musselwhite project and for influencing Dome Mines to continue to participate in the exploration programs which led to the Musselwhite gold discovery, 90 miles north of Pickle Lake, Ont. Work in progress on this project may well result in the best gold find in Canada since Hemlo. Wally should get a substantial share of the credit for pushing the exploration of the area to a successful conclusion.
I hope that you will see fit to publish this letter in The Northern Miner. I think it is time that some of the really competent, dedicated exploration people should get credit for personal successes in their chosen field. D. A. Lowrie Willowdale, Ont.
