On the one hand, it is heartening to hear that the Filmon government is developing a sustainable development strategy for Manitoba’s mineral resources.
On the other hand, it is disheartening to hear that Manitoba Mineral Resources Ltd., a provincial Crown corporation of very little renown, has not been dismantled.
