Letters to the Editor Ignorance of Ireland

If I were of Irish descent and a Northern Miner subscriber, I would be inclined to cancel my subscription forthwith. As I am neither, I wish merely to say the last paragraph of your editorial IRA’s shadow over gold (Nov 2) shows an offensive ignorance of Irish history and geography that would be better kept to yourself if you are unable to rectify it.
