Letters to the Editor Collaring a ramp?

Would you please explain to your readers just how you “collar” a ramp? (First bulk test on Fontana bet, — (N.M., March 14/88). Maybe you should color the ramp — like the Yellow Brick Road.

Could I congratulate R. K. Collins on his excellent letter regarding non-metallic industrial minerals? (N.M., Jan 8/88).

It seems that gold “ores” are becoming so shy on the metal these days that some companies could make more money selling their ores as highway fill and ballast. I relate everything you now publish to one excellent article on Shabu (N.M., Jan 25/88).
