About two dozen mining firms took part in a mining investment mission to Argentina during the first week of August.
The mission, sponsored by the Washington, D.C., office of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization and the World Trade Center Denver, involved presentations by Argentine federal and provincial representatives on opportunities for investors.
The two organizations sponsored a similar mining mission to Bolivia in December, 1991.
