LATIN AMERICA ROUNDUP — Trev discovery in Jamaica

Following up a multi-element geochemical anomaly identified by the Canadian International Development Agency, Trev Corp. (ASE) has discovered high-grade copper mineralization at its Golden Spring property in Jamaica.

The company has an option to acquire the 18.2-square-km property, 10 km north of Kingston, and has applied to the Jamaican government to obtain another 45.5 square km.

Much of the mineralization is in the form of float boulders. Results from nine samples of mineralized volcanic rock from five separate gullies range between 5.62% and 9.47% copper.

Several companies are considering joint-venture participation.
