LATIN AMERICA — Morgain to drill Mexican prospect

Aiming to outline a heap-leachable copper reserve on its Cuatro Hermanos property in Mexico, Morgain Minerals (VSE) will launch a percussion drilling program on four separate oxide zones this month.

Morgain estimates that the zones could host a collective open-pit reserve of 31 million tonnes averaging 1.1% copper.

Previous drilling on the property’s major zone outlined a potential reserve of 200 million tonnes grading 0.43% copper within a copper-molybdenum porphyry.
