Diamond explorer SouthernEra (TSE) has completed a private placement of 1.4 million units to a group of European investors.
Each unit consists of one common share and one half-share purchase warrant at $6.25 per unit.
Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to buy one common share for $7.50 until Nov. 19, 1994. The issue should net SouthernEra $8.4 million.
