LAST BUT NOT LEAST — Glamis completes stock issue

Vancouver junior Glamis Gold (TSE) has completed underwriting for the issue of two million special warrants worth $11.2 million.

Each special warrant entitles the holder to receive one common share of the company.

An underwriting agreement has also been completed for the issue of 1.25 million Glamis common shares worth US$10.8 million.
