Laramide drills test new zone

The latest round of drilling by Laramide Resources (LAM-T) is testing a newly discovered zone at the Cerro Colorado gold project in Mexico’s Sonora state.

Six of nine recent holes intersected mineralization while testing the zone, with the best hole returning 1.5 grams gold per tonne over 32 metres starting from surface. Other results include: 18.3 metres of 2.1 grams, 70.1 metres of 1.3 grams and 10.7 metres of 2.7 grams.

A revised resource calculation for the project is expected later this year.
