All but Glen Auden are controlled by Toronto engineer and consulting geophysicist Robert Middleton.

The two properties consist of 64 claims and 32 claims respectively and are situated about seven miles north of the McNickel discovery. The 64-claim property reportedly contains two sulphide showings and both properties host discrete aeromagnetic anomalies.

Tarzan Gold has acquired a 25% interest in the two claim blocks for payment of 32,000 shares per property to the vendors. Glen Auden holds another 25% interest in each of the two properties. Golden Dragon acquired a 50% interest in the 32-claim property for payment of 100,000 shares to the vendors. Cross Lake bought a 50% interest in the 64-claim block. The above options are subject to regulatory approval.
