Lac Minerals has filed a final short form prospectus with the Ontario Securities Commission and regulatory authorities across Canada, in respect of an offering to the public of common shares.
The offering consists of 2,000,000 common shares for an aggregate consideration of $88,000,000. The proceeds to Lac after deduction of underwriters fees will be 84,000,000.
Of the 2,000,000 common shares 1,000,000 shares were offered in Canada by Wood Gundy Inc., and 1,000,000 common shares were offered internationally, other than in the United States, by Wood Gundy Inc., Goldman Sachs International Corp., Morgan Stanley International, Banque Paribas Capital Markets Ltd., N. M. Rothschild & Sons Ltd., Swiss Bank Corp International Ltd and Westdeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale.
