The drill program will test for the western extension of a gold mineralized shear zone discovered by Falconbridge Ltd. and Beaufield on an adjacent property last year.
A prospecting and stripping program completed on the Kerr property led to the discovery of a sulphide showing grading up to 6% copper and 0.35 oz gold per ton in grab samples. Several drill holes will test this showing. Additional drilling will explore several other targets on the property.
