Kalahari drills large anomalies

Kalahari Resources (VSE) has re-entered a 2,036-ft. hole drilled seven years ago on a 25-sq.-mile magnetic anomaly in Quebec’s Eastern Twps.

To test the source and base metal potential of the anomaly, Kalahari plans to drill to a depth of 5,000 ft.

The St. Fabien copper-nickel deposit, developed in the 1950s, lies 15 miles south of the property.

Kalahari will also test the St. Omer anomaly 20 miles to the northeast. Both properties are wholly owned by the junior.
