Juniors test kimberlites

Vancouver — Tres-Or Resources (TRS-V) and Adroit Resources (ADT-V) will jointly explore for diamonds, gold, base metals, and platinum and palladium at several properties in the Temagami-Timiskaming district of northern Ontario.

The Vancouver-based juniors plan to consolidate various option agreements for their property blocks, which collectively cover 126 sq. km in the Sudbury-Larder Lake area.

Adroit holds a two-thirds interest in the Temagami North, Cobalt South and Temagami East properties, while Tres-Or holds the remainder.

Tres-Or will operate this year’s work program, budgeted at $800,000, as well as work planned for 2006.

Tres-Or President Laura Lee Duffett says the initial program will focus on previously identified kimberlite targets. She notes that the project area covers a known kimberlite field with known pipes, indicator minerals “with good G-10 chemistry,” and various geophysical targets.

The land package also covers gold and base metal targets, several of which will be drilled this year.
