Two Toronto-based companies, Jonpol Explorations (TSE) and T & H Resources (TSE), have proposed a takeover bid for Newfield Mines (COATS) of Toronto.
The two companies are offering to buy up to 750,000 shares (550,000 shares by Jonpol, 200,000 shares by T & H) of Newfield at $1.75 per share.
