Jerome sampling is encouraging

Muscocho and McNellen Resources (VSE), Chesbar Resources (TSE) and Jerome Gold Mines (ASE) are conducting an underground exploration program on the former gold-producing property located 100 miles northwest of Sudbury.

The chip sampling is the first underground test of this recently discovered structure. Drifting and underground drilling continue. Drill-indicated reserves currently stand at 437,320 tons grading 0.19 oz gold.

Drilling from surface and underground during the past year has delineated the South zone, a sub- parallel structure located about 400 ft south of the Main zone from which gold was previously mined.

Objective of the current program is to increase the known reserves within the area of the property which is accessible from the underground workings, the companies report.
