Montreal-listed partners Tandem Resources and NAR Resources are encouraged by results from a recently drilled hole in Guibord Twp., near Matheson, Ont.
The mineralized intersection is now known to be 12 metres long, and a 5.9-metre interval has been shown to have an average grade of 7.54 grams gold per tonne. The 5.9-metre interval includes the previously reported 4.4 metres grading 8.6 grams gold (T.N.M., Dec. 25/95).
Drilling has resumed on a hole to test the same structure below the mineralized intersection.
