The International Committee for Coal Research will host the 11th annual international conference on coal research from Sept. 9 to 12 at the Palliser Hotel in Calgary, Alta.
Entitled “Coal for the 21st Century,” the conference will feature site visits and technical programs. Topics scheduled for discussion include the role of industry and government in research projects, high-efficiency technology, safety and environmental protection.
