INSIDER TRADING — Thunderwood officers buy shares in July

Two senior officers of Thunderwood Resources (TSE) bought shares in July.

According to the Ontario Securities Commission’s OSC Bulletin, senior officer and director James Gill bought 285,714 shares at 35 cents to hold 974,662 shares.

John Heslop, senior officer and director, bought 20,000 shares at 36-38 cents to hold 58,358 shares.

Arimetco International (TSE) — Harold Shipes, senior officer and director, bought 27,800 shares at $1.05-1.15 to hold 5.6 million shares. Atlanta Gold (TSE) — Karl Rollke, director, sold 167,500 shares at 95 cents-$1.04 to hold 746,400 shares.

Consolidated Ramrod Gold (TSE) — David Jackson, senior officer, sold 6,500 shares at $5.88-6 to hold 58,500 shares. He was also granted 100,000 options at an undisclosed price to hold 325,000 options. Karl Rollke, director and senior officer, bought 11,200 shares at $6.25-6.38 and sold 50,000 shares at $5.50-6.75 to hold 2.6 million shares. He was also granted 100,000 options at an undisclosed price to hold 100,000 options.

Manhattan Minerals (VSE) — Brian Lock, director, exercised 30,000 warrants at 66 cents and sold 12,800 shares at $2.15-2.60 to hold 56,200 shares. He was also granted 60,000 options at $1.85 to hold 100,000 options. Kurt Forgaard, director, was granted 60,000 options at $1.85 to hold 100,000 options.

Monarch Resources (TSE) — Jimmy Gourdie, senior officer, bought 3,100 shares at $4.50 to hold 3,100 shares. Lester Knight, senior officer, bought 20,900 shares at $4.50 to hold 20,900 shares.

San Andreas Resources (VSE) — Bernard Imbeault, director, bought 50,000 shares at an undisclosed price and sold 49,600 shares at $1.80-1.87 to hold 400 shares.

San Fernando Mining (VSE) — David Duval, senior officer, was granted 25,000 options at $3.70 to hold 25,000 options.
