INSIDER TRADING — Sinclairs sell more Sutton shares

Insider trading reports issued by the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) show that James and Barbara Sinclair, each of whom held more than 10% of the outstanding shares of Sutton Resources (STT-V), were selling shares regularly though the month of August.

Barbara Sinclair sold 29,500 shares at prices ranging from US$8.15 to US$9.93 between Aug. 12 and 29, and James Sinclair sold 35,500 shares in the same price range during the 17-day period. At the end of August, Barbara Sinclair held 490,798 shares and 298,600 warrants, whereas James Sinclair had 2.9 million shares and 298,600 warrants. All their shares and warrants were held indirectly.

J.A. Craig, a director of Sutton, sold 4,000 shares at $14 to hold 41,480 shares directly, plus 745,800 shares through JAG Holdings and 4,000 warrants through a registered retirement savings plan.

* Adrian Resources (ADL-T) — Chet Idzisek, director, sold 11,000 shares at $1.80 to $2 to hold 455,100 shares.

* Agnico-Eagle Mines (AGE-T) — W.A. Hubacheck, director, exercised 10,000 options at $5.28 and sold 1,500 shares at $17.85-18.60 to hold 11,500 shares.

* Banro Resource (BNRS-C) — A.T. Kondrat, director, sold 15,669 shares at $6.25-6.60 to hold 24,000 shares.

* Cobre Mining (CBU-T) — David Smith, senior officer, sold 5,000 shares at $6.42 to hold 5,000 shares and 100,200 options.

* Corona Gold (CRG-T) — Peter Walker, director, sold 10,300 shares at $6 to $6.10 to hold 115,000 shares.

* Corriente Resources (CTQ-T) — Leonard Harris, director, exercised 10,000 options at $1.88, sold 10,000 shares at $6.50, and was granted 25,000 options, to hold no shares and 45,000 options.

* Findore Minerals (FNDR-C) — Colin Halanen, director, bought 70,000 shares at 17cents to 20cents and sold 40,000 shares at 12cents to 20cents to hold 30,000 shares directly. He also bought 231,000 shares at 14cents to 22cents and sold 389,500 shares at 11cents to 23cents to hold 9,000 shares through 937075 Ontario Ltd.

* Geomaque Explorations (GEO-T) — M.R. Carter, senior officer of an affiliated company, exercised 25,000 options at $1.52 and sold 25,000 shares at $3.15-3.20 to hold 220,000 options and no shares.

* International Curator Resources (IC-T) — L.H. Lundin, director, bought 9,000 shares at $3.80-7.50 to hold 9,000 shares.

* Oroperu Resources (OROP-C) — Ophir Investment Fund, holding more than a 10% interest in the company, sold 166,400 shares at $1.50-1.55 to hold 2.8 million shares.

* Placer Dome (PDG-T) — G.B. Coulombe, director, bought 2,350 shares at $25.00 to hold 3,500 shares.

* Queenston Mining (QMI-T) — Ronald Binns, director, bought 25,000 shares at $1.08 and sold 9,500 shares at $1.35 to hold 40,500 shares.

* Rhonda Mining (RDM-A) — Glen Alston, director, bought 56,200 shares at $1 to $1.80 and sold 46,300 shares at $1 to $1.73 to hold 28,600 shares.

* Sudbury Contact Mines (SUD-T) — Agnico-Eagle Mines, holding more than 10%, bought 33,200 shares at $6.25 to hold 5.1 million shares.

* Teddy Bear Valley Mines (TBV-T) — A.M. Chater, director, sold 54,900 shares at 35cents to 41cents to hold no shares and 183,000 options.

* Wheaton River Minerals (WRM-T) — T.D. Price, senior officer, bought 37,500 shares at 40cents and sold 4,000 shares at 45cents to hold 82,500 shares directly and 5,000 shares through Prospect Investments.
