INSIDER TRADING — San Fernando officers make share

Two senior officers of San Fernando Mining (VSE) completed share transactions in December.

According to the Ontario Securities Commission’s OSC Bulletin, senior officer David Duval bought 1,000 shares at $3.05 and was granted 25,000 options at $3.00 to hold 5,000 shares and 25,000 options.

Senior officer Mohan Vulimiri sold 5,600 shares at $2.80 to hold 473,842 shares.
