INSIDER TRADING — Prime Equities executives traded shares

Four directors of Prime Equities International (VSE) traded shares of the corporation in December 1995.

According to the Ontario Securities Commission’s OSC Bulletin, Andre Fortier, director, sold 10,000 shares at $1.62 to hold no shares. John Harvey, director and senior officer, sold 3,000 shares at $1.70 to hold 7,000 shares. Basil Pantages, director, bought 2,000 shares at $1.35 and sold 2,000 shares at $1.42-$1.45 to hold 300 shares. Murray Pezim, director, sold 197,900 shares at $1.27-$1.80 and later bought 13,100 shares at $1.70-$1.90. He sold an additional 127,200 shares at $1.38-$1.80 to hold 611,405 shares. Other transactions reported since December include the following: * Cornucopia Resources (TSE) — Andrew Milligan, director and senior officer, exercised options and acquired 20,000 shares at 87 cents and sold 20,000 shares at $1.90 to hold 47,200 shares and 380,000 options. Stephen Sopher, director, exercised options and acquired 100,000 shares at 87 cents and sold 55,000 shares at $1.65-$1.68 to hold 45,000 shares and no options.

* Granges (TSE) — A. Ali, senior officer, bought 20,000 shares at $2.38-$2.48 to hold 30,000 shares.

* Opawica Explorations (CDN) — Donald Clark, director and senior officer, who owns more than 10% of the corporation, sold 25,000 shares at $1.15 to hold 249,950 shares.

* Rhonda Mining (ASE) — Peter Gummer, director and senior officer, sold 40,000 shares at 85 cents and 25,000 options at 85 cents to hold 2,500 shares and no options.

* Thunderwood Resources (TSE) — John Heslop, director and senior officer, exercised options and acquired 13,889 shares at 30 cents to hold 169,360 shares and 495,665 options.

* Tri Origin Exploration (TSE) — Alan Snowden, director, bought 25,000 shares at $1 to hold 75,000 shares.

* TVI Pacific (ASE) — Wilfrid Loucks, director, exercised options and acquired 134,000 shares at 50 cents and sold 134,000 shares at $1.96-$1.98 to hold 200,000 shares and 66,000 options.

* Vedron Gold (CDN) — Nadim Wakeam, senior officer, bought 20,000 shares at 70 cents and 30,000 options at 55 cents to hold 50,000 shares and 80,000 options.
